The service

EditGuard is a Shopify app provided by Ubuntu Life LLC. It changes product and variant fields in your store according to tasks you define, preview and apply. You are responsible for the tasks you create and the changes you apply, including runs you apply after a guardrail held them. It never changes prices and never deletes products, variants, images or collections.

Plans and billing

Plans and prices are shown in the app and billed by Shopify. You can change or cancel a plan at any time from the app's Plan page; Shopify's billing terms apply.

Refunds

If the app made a bad edit in your store that its undo could not repair, write to support and the month is refunded in full.

What we promise and what we do not

We work to keep the app available and correct, and we answer support mail within one business day. The app is provided as is; we are not liable for lost sales or other indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous three months.

Changes

These terms may change; the effective date above moves when they do, and material changes are announced in the app.
